Who we are:
Thrifthouse is a campus thrifting app for students to thrift safely and easily at their school. Thrifthouse creates campus-based marketplaces allowing students to buy and sell secondhand items exclusively to others on their campus.

Our impact:
At Thrifthouse, we are working hard to make sustainable shopping accessible, safe, and convenient for students. However, we care about sustainability beyond our campuses as well. As part of the app, students can choose to make their account a “charity” account. This will automatically donate all of their profits from selling on the app to Oceana, a non-profit dedicated to protecting the oceans and creating a sustainable food source to end world hunger.

Your impact:
Thrifthouse is coming soon to high schools and we need your help! As a volunteer, you’ll be spending your time sharing Thrifthouse with other high schoolers (both at your school and outside of your school) and encouraging them to create “charity” accounts. Additionally, you will help facilitate the sustainable and reuse ecosystem at your school by encouraging classmates to thrift rather than buy new items.
